Preloved: How it works

1. Return used clothing.

Choose the Tenue de Soleil item(s) you want to return to us, download our PRELOVED RETURN FORM and fill in the details to return to us.

2: Ship your Tenue de Soleil item(s)

Ship your Tenue de Soleil item(s) + this completed PRELOVED Return Form to the
following address (shipping at your expense):

Step 3: Item(s) check

We request the following: it looks new, and there are no marks, spots, damage, or faded colors. Selected Tenue de Soleil Preloved items will be exclusively sold on our PRELOVED page.

All items not selected for PRELOVED will be donated to a charity foundation. If you do not want to donate your unselected items, please inform us in advance by email at info@tenuedesoleil.com.

Step 4: Voucher Tenue de Soleil

We would let you know as soon as possible if your returned Tenue de Soleil got selected for Tenue de Soleil PRELOVED. IF so, you will receive a personal gratitude voucher by email of 25% within five business days. This voucher can be exclusively used online at www.tenuedesoleil.com. The voucher will be valid for 12 months.
